We are pleased to announce that The joint 23rd ENS@T and 3rd COST Harmonis@tion meeting will take place in Mallorca, Spain, 2 – 4 October, 2024. Please find all information with preliminary program here https://www.goharmonisation.com/the-joint-23rd-enst-and-3rd-cost-harmonistion-meeting/.

Please note that the abstract submission tool as well as application for travel grant button appear once you are registered.

We would like to remind you that there is no registration fee for ENS@T and Harmonis@tion members. As it was the case last year, we are offering close to 100 travel and accommodation grants to the adrenal experts (clinicians and researchers), as well as IT and ethics experts. The call for travel grants is open until May 15, 2024. To be considered for travel grant, you have to be a member of COST/Harmonis@tion from one of the COST Member Countries AND submit an abstract for the meeting (you can submit a first version of your abstract until May 15 for the travel grant, which you will still be able to edit until June 15th for the final version for the meeting). IT, legal, and ethics experts do not have to submit an abstract to be considered for a travel grant. Grants will be awarded by the end of May and the winners will be informed by Email. Early-career investigators (<45 years of age) and those from Eastern European countries are strongly encouraged to apply.

The deadline for general abstract submissions for the scientific meeting is June 15, 2024. You may submit your abstract during the registration process or later by logging into your account. Please note that due to limited number of hotel rooms close to the meeting place, we highly recommend that you book your flight and accommodation as soon as possible. The meeting will take place at the Auditorium Palma de Mallorca, Paseo Maritimo, 18-07014 Palma de Mallorca –Illes Balears, Spain. A list of available hotels was sent before and can be also found on the webpage of the meeting and on the ENSAT webpage.
